Hello! And welcome to my world. It took me years to figure out how to eat and train in a way that fits my busy lifestyle while also supporting my health. For most of my adult life, I've worked towards pursuing a career on-camera, and along the way I've gathered a few tips. Come along with me as I share my latest tips for staying fit when you're busy, my work as an on-camera interviewer, and some of my favorite healthy recipes.
My health and fitness journey began when I was 15, after my father passed away suddenly from a heart attack. I was devastated and heart broken and of course, losing a parent is never easy. In my father's honor, I decided to fearlessly pursue the life I dreamed of living, all while maintaining a healthy heart and low cholesterol. I've managed to make small changes in my day-to-day life that keep my body fueled and ready for whatever my busy schedule throws at it.
I now work as the host and producer of the talk show, Millennial Life, where I interview influential and entrepreneurial millennials each week. In every episode we explore the lives of people who are crushing it in business, entertainment, social media and beyond. When I'm off-camera, I love experimenting with a new healthy recipe, trying out the latest DIY beauty trend, or embarrassing myself by learning a new TikTok dance.
