Chocolate Chia Pudding Parfait 🍫

Who else is in the mood to have dessert for breakfast!?

This easy Chocolate Chia Pudding Parfait is sooo simple & delicious, and full of healthy fats & fiber thanks to the chia seeds.


Chocolate Chia Pudding

- 3 tbsp chia seeds

- 1/3 cup chocolate almond milk (I love the Almond Breeze brand! - You can use any chocolate milk you prefer, or plain milk + chocolate protein powder)

Vanilla Cinnamon Chia Pudding

- 3 tbsp chia seeds

- 1/3 cup milk

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Whisk together and store overnight in an airtight container. (I like to use these glass containers for mine! They're the perfect size) You'll wake up in the morning with delicious chilled chia pudding! I like to layer the two with fresh fruits for a sweet & yummy breakfast
